Then I Met You™ is hosting its first ever digital art show featuring art generated by its community! It goes without saying that our community is like no other, especially when it comes to your creative and individual interpretations of Then I Met You™ in your personal lives.
It’s our community’s art that motivates and inspires us to keep doing what we’re doing and to continue creating meaningful experiences to bring others together, in the spirit of jeong.
That’s why we are so excited to announce the Then I Met You Art Show to celebrate the artistic achievements of our community, showcase their talents and to nurture a sense of togetherness while bringing inspiration into our homes.
In our “Time with Then I Met You” Virtual Meet-Ups last month, we shared the silver linings we’ve found during these challenging times. One of those is realizing the power of digital tools to enable resilient human connection whether we’re seeing each other through our screens or sending memes to say “I totally feel ya”.
We heard inspiring stories that filled us with optimism and hope, motivating us to create this safe space to nurture our shared community and connection online. Our art show is a moment for creatives and artists of all mediums to set aside time to intentionally create and feel inspired. We are excited to use our platform as a place to showcase the creativity within our community and an interactive opportunity to vote and share the pieces that inspire you most. Plus, you don’t need to own any physical Then I Met You products in order to participate!
What We’re Looking For
We’ve seen your art come in all shapes, sizes, colors and mediums – it never ceases to amaze us! Still, if you’re wondering what can count as your entry, read on below to find out!
When submitting your Then I Met You artistic creations, your piece must meet the following criteria:*
- Be a unique representation of Then I Met You (the brand, products, and/or name)
- Feature Then I Met You periwinkle blue or other elements of the brand (i.e. jeong in some physical interpretation)
- Must solely feature Then I Met You products. Images featuring other brands will not qualify.
Once submissions close, Then I Met You will choose 10 finalists and because every voice counts, our entire community will have the chance to vote for the grand prize winner so don’t forget to get your friends to vote. One grand prize winner will receive a year’s supply of Then I Met You (a value of $660)!
While we wish we could open up the contest to our international friends, this contest is limited to U.S. participants only, 18 years of age and older. We’re working hard to find new and exciting activations for our community abroad. Write to us at hello@thenimetyou.com if you have any suggestions!
